Our last days in Greece meant sweat, experimentation, and exhaustion. The heat started to get to our heads…
We threw ourselves into work up to 16 hours per day, leaving no stone unturned as we birthed our mad story. The rehearsal process concluded with a midnight performance for the lovely people of Korthi, under the lights on the basketball court. Our audience was as appreciative of our show as we were of their generous hospitality. (See above for photos.) And George the grocer was there!
Our last day was spent saying goodbye to the beautiful island that inspired us. We climbed to the highest peak we could reach.
After so many late, hard- working nights, we felt a little tired.
We also had to say goodbye to Gitsa and the lovely folks at Lithodomi, the delicious cafe which served as our favorite haunt during our stay in Andros. We’ll miss you!
And, of course, we’ll miss this. Thank you Andros! We’ll be back someday.
